As a Senior Management Accountant for MacMillan Bloedel, Mr. Sutton gained a depth of experience in cost analysis as well as designing and implementing accounting systems . Mr Sutton then spent 15 years as an investment advisor, trader, and insurance specialist with PI Financial Corp. in Vancouver and has participated in raising over $100 million for junior
mining companies. Mr Sutton is also CFO for Exploits Discover Corp. a publicly listed company.

This knowledge base intersects with his earlier experience in geology and technology, to dynamically frame issue around financing and marketing equipment and batteries through operational availability models and power as a service.
